Power of Attorney
This Special Power of Attorney allows you to appoint someone on island to act on your behalf in making your loan. It’s simple, easy to execute, and will make your life easier. Available in both English and Marshallese.
Guarantor Form
The standard guarantor form required for most loan applications at the Bank of the Marshall Islands.

MISSA Recipient Guarantor Form
Similar to the regular guarantor form, this is designed for customers who wish to take out a loan against their MISSA Retiree Benefit funds. The Bank of the Marshall Islands requires that at least one of the borrower’s guarantors is the beneficiary.
